Assigning licenses

To view your purchased licenses:

  • Go to Account to view the licenses.
Click on the Account on the menu bar to view your licenses

  • Click the dropdown button to view the details of the license such as the serial key.

Only one email address can be the main holder of the license(s). The license(s) can be activated in different devices but limited up to 3 devices ONLY.

  • You are able to assign the license to anyone through a registered email.

  • You are able to revoke the license to any person if you decide to change the account holder.

The assigned user can proceed to the Sign In page and click on Email me the sign-in link button to login to their account using the link that had been emailed to them. This will ensure a smooth login process for users and will also be easier when managing licenses.

If you wish to set a password, click on Forgot password? and set the password of your choice.

Capital Electra (Offline version) license activation

Ensure there is internet access when activating a license.

  • Go to Help and click Activate to activate the license.

  • Enter the serial key given to activate the license. The same license can be shared and activated on two different devices.

  • To activate the license on the third device, one of the licenses on the devices previously used must be deactivated first.

Cancel subscription

To cancel your Capital Electra X subscription, you may select the Unsubscribe button on your account in the dashboard.

  • Sign in to your existing license.
  • Go to dashboard and select Account.
  • Select the Unsubscribe button.

Step-by-step guideline to migrate to DEX

  1. Visit Capital Electra X pricing page. You will be automatically directed to our new purchasing platform.

  2. Choose your preferred Capital Electra X subscription and quantity. Then click Add to Cart.

  1. Once you have added your subscription to the cart, a dialog will promptly appear, ensuring your selection has been included. When you are done with your selection, select View Cart to proceed to checkout.

  1. Verify the subscription term, billing term, and your chosen quantity.

  1. Copy and paste the discount code that was sent to your email into the Promo Code field. The 10% discount will be applied to your order total.

  2. Click the Secure Checkout button to proceed to payment.

  3. The subsequent page will require you to sign into DEX. Enter your credentials and click the Sign In button. Alternatively, select Create an account if you do not already have a DEX account.

  1. Next, you will be directed to the Checkout section, where you have to input your billing and personal details under Account Info. Once you’re done, select the Order Review button at the bottom right of the page to proceed.

  1. Click the checkbox under Terms and Conditions after verifying all information and reading the terms and conditions. Then, select the Payment button.

  1. On the Payment page, enter your credit card details and click the Pay button.

  2. You will be notified once your payment has been processed successfully.
